    The pilot is fully funded on our side. You commit no capital to find out whether Peregrine moves the numbers for your venue.

  2. One event series. Scoped to your calendar.

    We work against a specific upcoming event series you choose. Outputs are delivered per-event so you can compare on a like-for-like basis.

  3. No operator switch, no rip-and-replace.

    Peregrine reads from the POS, ticketing, scan, and operator systems you already run. The integration is built and validated as part of the pilot.

  4. No contract beyond a mutual NDA.

    A short pilot MOU and a mutual NDA. No multi-year commitment, no termination fee, no auto-renew. If the numbers don't move, you owe us nothing.

  5. Your venue owns the findings.

    At the end of the pilot, the written assessment of revenue opportunity is yours — signed off jointly. You keep it whether or not you continue with Peregrine.

    Surfaces the specific event-times where capacity, shift change, and gate-open windows are likely to compound — the windows where most parking complaints and ingress delays originate.

  3. Per-event revenue quantification.

    A clear, defensible view of the revenue opportunity surfaced from your venue's own data on each event. Delivered as a per-event report plus a live dashboard.

    We walk the venue with you, demonstrate the platform, and answer questions. Box office and marketing should be in the room.

  2. A one-page pilot scope.

    Tailored to a specific upcoming event series you nominate. We co-author it with your team so the success criteria are agreed up front.

  3. Access to operator-side data.

    Existing operator reports, scan logs, lot capacities — the data your venue already has. No new instrumentation required.
